Meltzer, Lippe, Goldstein & Breitstone, LLP welcomes Raj Grewal to the firm’s Business & Real Estate Taxation practice group as an Associate.
Raj’s practice involves advising clients on a broad range of tax and real estate matters, such as partnership tax, S corporations, tax-efficient reorganizations, gift and estate tax, international tax, state and local apportionment, opportunity zones, 1031 like-kind exchanges, and real estate transfer tax.
Prior to joining the firm, Raj was a tax Associate at the boutique law firm Muchnick, Golieb & Golieb. Before working at Muchnick, Raj was in-house counsel at Goldman Sachs. In April, 2023, Raj was selected to serve on the State and Local Taxation Committee of the New York City Bar Association.
