The acquisition includes about 728,000 square feet and the property itself totals nearly 1.1 million square feet of retail space.
This marks the first time in decades that the property has local ownership since its opening as Mid-Island Shopping Plaza in 1956. We look forward to the revitalization of Broadway Commons Mall which is expected to further enhance the high-traffic area.
