It is the leading manufacturer in the country of sheet metal accessories and equipment for the heating, ventilating, and air conditioning industry. NSi is one of the largest electrical suppliers in the country.
The Meltzer Lippe team on the transaction was led by Ira R. Halperin, Corporate Department Chair, along with Alexander Gayer, Raymond J. Holst, Seong-Mi Oh, Sami B. Groff, Richard M. Howard, Eido Jacobowitz and Patty Del Rio. Meltzer Lippe worked with the company’s management and shareholders for over a year planning for this hugely successful transaction.
