Eido Jacobowitz is an Associate in the firm’s Corporate/Business Practice Group. He earned a B.S. in Finance, cum laude, from Yeshiva University, Sy Syms School of Business, and a J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.

Eido supports the firm’s representation of public and private companies in all aspects of their businesses. This includes the drafting of operating agreements, shareholder agreements, and mergers and acquisitions documents.

Eido was raised on Long Island and currently lives in Manhattan and Long Island. He enjoys exercising, singing, and is an avid competitive tennis player and fan, attending the US Open every year.
