In the last two years, the number of millennials drafting wills has increased by almost 10% with many citing the COVID-19 pandemic as the reason.
In a recent article submitted to be published by Fraser and Fraser as part of their advertising agreement with Today’s Wills and Probate, Avi Z. Kestenbaum, Co-Chair of Meltzer Lippe’s Trusts & Estates practice group, notes an increase in young people drafting wills which peaked when the delta variant of COVID-19 was most prominent.
