Meltzer, Lippe, Goldstein & Breitstone, LLP welcomes Lisa Fenech to the firm’s Trusts & Estates, Trust & Estate Litigation and Elder Law Litigation practice groups as an Associate.
Lisa’s practice focuses on estate and trust litigation, probate, and estate administration. This includes contested and uncontested probate and administration proceedings, contested estate and trust accounting proceedings, discovery and turnover proceedings and various other complex disputes between beneficiaries and fiduciaries.
Prior to joining the firm, Lisa was an Associate in the Trusts and Estates Department of a Long Island firm, where she was a member of the Estate Litigation Practice Group.
