Joshua Ashkenazy is an Associate in the firm’s Trusts & Estates, Private Wealth & Taxation and Trust & Estate Litigation Practice Groups. Josh assists clients on a variety of estate planning, estate administration and trust and estate litigation matters, including drafting wills and trusts and researching various trusts & estates and tax matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Josh worked as a legal intern for a reputable health insurance company and a boutique trusts & estates law firm on Long Island, as well as a judicial intern for a Senior United States District Judge.
Josh earned his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law. During law school, he served as a Senior Staff Member of the St. John’s Law Review, editing and revising articles, as well as a Staff Member on the Dispute Resolution Society, participating in mock mediations, arbitrations and negotiations.
Josh attended the University of Maryland, College Park, where he received a B.A. in Psychology and Criminology & Criminal Justice as a double major.
