Eugene Krivulets is an Associate in the firm’s Trust & Estate Litigation Practice Group.

Prior to joining the firm, Eugene was an Associate at a boutique New York City Trusts and Estates law firm where his practice focused on Trust and Estate Litigation and Estate Planning. Earlier in his career, Eugene was an Assistant District Attorney with the Richmond County District Attorney’s Office. During his time as an ADA, Eugene advocated zealously for the people of Staten Island and prosecuted hundreds of criminal cases.

Eugene earned his law degree from New York University School of Law. Prior to law school, he received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Baruch College. Eugene lives in New York City with his wife Viktoriya, who is a nurse, and their two young daughters. In his free time he enjoys playing sports and fishing.

Eugene is fluent in Russian and is admitted to practice in the States of New York and New Jersey.
