David Katzman is an Associate in the firm’s Corporate/Business Practice Group. David assists in drafting and reviewing various agreements and general corporate matters for clients. David also helps draft and advise clients with the corporate aspects of real estate transactions.
David was a Summer Associate at Meltzer Lippe and an intern for Hon. Suzanne Adams in the New York State Supreme Court. Additionally, David has a variety of work experience, including interning for a bridge loan lender in New York City, a broker-dealer in securities on Wall Street, a nationwide personal injury law firm, an intellectual property law firm and the Appellate Division of the Suffolk District Attorney’s Office.
David received his J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University. While there, David was Staff Editor for the Journal of Law and Literature, a Dean’s Merit Scholar, and a Floersheimer Law and Humanities Fellow.
Prior to law school, David obtained his Bachelor of Arts in English and American Literature from New York University. While there, David started the English and Drama Review, an undergraduate literary journal.
In his free time, David continues to pursue his love of literature as an avid reader and also finds excitement in biking and racing triathlons.
