Danielle E. Mietus is an Associate in the firm’s Labor & Employment practice group.
Danielle is an experienced employment attorney who has successfully represented clients in a variety of matters, including discrimination claims and wage and hour violations in Federal and State courts. She has further successfully represented employers against a wide array of claims before numerous administrative agencies as well as in pre-litigation negotiations.
Danielle provides advice and counsel to employers and human resources professionals in drafting employee handbooks and employment-related agreements and documents, and advocates implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Federal, State, and local laws in an effort to minimize potential employee issues and litigation.
For the first five years of her career, Danielle represented employees in employment-related litigation. Danielle’s prior experience provides her with unique perspective and insight enabling her to effectively represent employers in various employment claims, including claims of discrimination and wage and hour violations.
