Bio

Frank Loffreno is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group. Frank is a real estate and investment-funds attorney with a uniquely blended background that includes purchase and sale transactions, leasing, development review, financing, and institutional-level fund formation and joint-venture structuring.

Frank’s background includes representing buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and developers in a wide range of commercial and residential real estate matters. His work includes negotiating and drafting purchase and sale agreements, commercial and residential leases, conducting due diligence reviews, coordinating title and survey analysis, and supporting financing and closing processes—including refinance transactions and 1031 exchanges. 

Frank has advised leading investment advisers on the formation and operation of real estate funds, private equity vehicles, hedge funds, venture capital funds, and real estate joint ventures. He has significant experience in structuring and negotiating partnership agreements, operating agreements, joint-venture term sheets, and investor arrangements such as side letters, managed accounts, and secondary transactions. 

With experience that spans the full lifecycle of real estate—from ground-up development analysis to closings to fund-level investment structuring—Frank offers a comprehensive, multidisciplinary perspective for clients navigating today’s real estate market.

He is admitted to practice in New York and holds a J.D. from New York Law School and a B.B.A. in Finance & Economics from Iona College.
