Alexa Zelmanowicz is an Associate in the firm’s Corporate/Business Practice Group. Alexa focuses her practice on the coordination and execution of successful corporate transactions, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, business formations, corporate structuring, corporate governance and general corporate matters. She has advised both public and private companies as well as private individual clients across multiple industries. She works closely with clients throughout the transaction cycle, drafting and negotiating merger agreements, stock and asset purchase agreements, partnership agreements, and governance documentation.

Alexa is admitted to practice in New York and holds a J.D. from Hofstra Law School and a B.S. in Communications and Rhetorical Studies from Syracuse University.

In her free time, Alexa enjoys pampering her long-haired Dachshund, Kobe, and Tuxedo cat, Mordy, and is an avid fan of the Knicks, Rangers and Liberty.
