Sydney P. Grasso is an Associate in the firm’s Trust & Estate Litigation practice group. Sydney’s practice includes contested probate and administration proceedings, contested estate and trust accounting proceedings, discovery and turnover proceedings, and other trust and estate related matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Sydney was a Legal Extern to the Honorable Vincent J. Messina, Jr., Surrogate of Suffolk County, where she gained invaluable experience in various trust and estate litigation proceedings and guardianship proceedings. Sydney was also a Summer Associate with Meltzer Lippe and a Legal Intern for a commercial litigation firm and a matrimonial firm.
Sydney earned her J.D., cum laude, from Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, where she graduated in the top 10% of her class and was named on the Dean’s List. While in law school, Sydney served as both the Online Editor and Associate Editor of the Touro Law Review and was a Touro Law Center Honors Program Scholar. Sydney also received three CALI Awards for Academic Excellence for earning the highest grade in her class in: (1) Legal Process II – Best Oral Argument; (2) Professional Responsibility; and (3) Health Care Law. Lastly, Sydney served as a Research Assistant to her Health Care Law Professor.
Sydney attended Binghamton University, where she graduated with a B.A. in Political Science.
