Bio

Simran Sharda is an Associate in the firm’s Corporate/Business practice group, pending admission to the New York State Bar. Simran’s practice includes assisting clients in their day-to-day corporate needs, including drafting operating agreements, shareholder agreements, contribution agreements, and resolutions, assisting in corporate restructuring of entities, and other transactional matters.

Prior to the joining the firm, Simran was a judicial intern for the Honorable Anne M. Nardacci in the District Court for the Northern District of New York.

Simran earned her J.D. from Cornell Law School, where she served as President of the Business Law Society. Simran also served as a Student Attorney in the Tenants Advocacy and Estate Planning Practicums and was awarded the Computer-Assisted Legal Instruction Award for Excellent Achievement in Digital Assets and Becoming Thriving Lawyers.

Simran graduated from Baruch College, Zicklin School of Business, magna cum laude, with a B.B.A. in Operations Management and a minor in English literature.

In her free time, Simran enjoys hiking with her Siberian Husky, Ghost, and is an avid fan of the New York Knicks.
