Linhadley Eljach is a Special Counsel in the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group, where she focuses on commercial leasing transactions, specifically representing owners in retail lease negotiations.
Before launching her own practice in 2025 and joining the firm as Special Counsel, Linhadley was an associate at a global law firm, where she primarily represented institutional owners and REITs in complex commercial leasing matters. She also served as Vice President at a New York-based real estate development and investment management firm, where she negotiated and managed the full life cycle of commercial leases and sales of new development condominiums in New York and Florida.
Linhadley is admitted to practice in the State of New York. She earned her Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law, where she served as Marketing Editor of the Emory Bankruptcy Developments Journal. She was recognized with an Honorable Mention for the Keith J. Shapiro Award for Corporate Bankruptcy Writing, and her legal writing has been published and cited by federal courts.
