Meltzer, Lippe, Goldstein & Breitstone, LLP welcomes Thomas J. Waldron to the firm’s Corporate/Business practice group as an Associate.
Thomas assists clients in their day-to-day corporate needs including drafting shareholder agreements, LLC operating agreements, employment agreements, customer agreements and other business documents. Thomas has worked on the corporate side of real estate and loan transactions. In this practice, Thomas has drafted borrower operating agreements, assisted in corporate restructuring of entities and reviewed loan documents.
Thomas received his J.D. from Columbia Law School and his B.A. in Political Science and Philosophy, Politics and Law from Binghamton University. During law school, He was an intern in the Queens Surrogate Court for the Hon. Peter Kelly and a summer associate/law clerk at Meltzer Lippe. Thomas was an executive editor on the Columbia Journal of Environmental Law.
