The Corporate Practice Group at Meltzer, Lippe, Goldstein & Breitstone, LLP recently represented Stanton Carpet Corporation’s management in the sale of their ownership in the company to private office and investment firm, Dunes Point Capital, as part of the company’s sale by private equity firm, Quad-C Management. Stanton Carpet is one of the leading wholesale carpet manufacturers in the country. This is the fourth sale of the company each time for considerably more money beginning approx. 15 years ago. Meltzer Lippe represented the initial owners in the first sale and has continued to represent management in each sale since that time.
The Meltzer Lippe team on the transaction was led by Ira R. Halperin, Corporate Department Chair, along with Avi Sinensky, Thomas Waldron and Patty Del Rio.
