Stephen M. Breitstone to Speak at 28th Annual Jeremiah Long Memorial National Conference

Stephen M. Breitstone, Chair of the firm’s Private Wealth and Taxation Practice Group will speaking at the 28^th Annual Jeremiah Long Memorial National Conference on Like-Kind Exchanges Under Section 1031 I.R.C. scheduled on October 23-25, 2024 in Nashville, TN.

Stephen will be speaking at the following programs entitled “Changes in S Corporations” and “Interaction of Section 1031 and Depreciation and Other Recapture Provisions” and will moderate the program “Annual Review of Ethical Issues for QIs and Advisors in Like-Kind Exchanges.”
