Stephen M. Breitstone to Speak at 27th Annual Jeremiah Long Memorial National Conference

Stephen M. Breitstone, Chair of the firm’s Private Wealth and Taxation Practice Group will be a speaker at the 27th Annual Jeremiah Long Memorial National Conference on Like-Kind Exchanges Under Section 1031 I.R.C. scheduled on October 26-27, 2023 in San Diego, CA.

Stephen will be speaking at the following programs “Commissioner v. Court Holding Corp: What’s all the Fuss About in Partnership Split Up Exchanges” and “Building on Land You Already Own:-QEAA & Non-QEAA Transactions.” He will also moderate the program “Annual Review of Ethical Issues for QIs and Advisors in Like-Kind Exchanges.”
