Hesch will speak on “Trust Basis and Promissory Notes In Life and At Death” on Thursday, June 22, 2023 at the ACTEC Summer Meeting in Washington, D.C. Their topic evaluates the income issues that arise when the grantor of the trust dies and recommends what the proper treatment should be as there are no court cases that have resolved these issues.
