Michael H. Masri to Moderate Nassau County Bar Association Presentation Featuring Honorable Bruce R. Cozzens

Michael H. Masri, Partner in the firm’s Litigation, Labor & Employment and Social Media, Software & Privacy Practice Groups will moderate a presentation at the Nassau County Bar Association (NCBA) featuring Honorable Bruce R. Cozzens, the presiding justice for the Nassau County trial part judge who assigns trial judges for both jury and non-jury trials. Judge Cozzens will discuss best practices for efficiently assigning a matter that is ready for trial and settlement negotiations. Michael is the current Vice Chair of the NCBA’s Commercial Litigation and former Chair of the Labor and Employment Committee.
