Loretta M. Gastwirth to Speak at New York State Bar Association Program – Arbitration ‘War Stories’

Meltzer Lippe Partner and Co-Chair of the New York State Bar Association Dispute Resolution Section – Domestic Arbitration Committee Loretta M. Gastwirth will be a speaker at the upcoming program, Arbitration ‘War Stories’: Cautionary Tales from Panel Members and Counsel on Thursday, December 14, 2023.

Like any other human endeavor, an arbitration can be impacted by the flaws, foibles, and frailties of its participants. This program will provide lawyers and neutrals an inside look at some of the challenges that our speakers have faced in arbitrations in which they have participated, with the goal of working through with all attendees how to avoid or address comparable challenges in future arbitrations.
