Laura M. Brancato to Speak at WCBA Part 36 Guardianship Training

Laura M. Brancato, Partner in the firm’s Mental Health, Guardianship & Elder Law Litigation Practice Group will be a speaker at Westchester County Bar Association’s Part 36 Guardianship Training on Thursday, November 9, 2023.

Article 81 of the Mental Hygiene Law requires that persons wishing to serve as Guardians, Court Evaluators or Attorneys for the Alleged Incapacitated Person receive training approved by the Office of Court Administration (OCA). This approved training program covers all the topics required by OCA, which will allow you to then enroll on the Part 36 list to receive court appointments.
