Jerome M. Hesch, Counsel to the firm’s Private Wealth & Taxation Practice Group is the Director of the 50th Annual Notre Dame Tax & Estate Planning Institute scheduled to take place on September 25-27, 2024, in South Bend, Indiana.
In addition, Stephen M. Breitstone, Chair of the firm’s Private Wealth and Taxation Practice Group will speak at this year’s Institute where he will present “Using the Grantor Trust Substitution Power for a Grantor Trust’s Encumbered Real Estate: Obstacles, Traps To Avoid and Potential Solutions.”
The Institute will offer topics that cover transfer, income tax savings and other practical planning topics relevant for a broad range of clients, even for those who are not exposed to the estate tax.
