David A. Bamdad To Participate in the New York State Bar Association’s CLE Program

David A. Bamdad, a partner in our Trust & Estates Practice Group will join the faculty of experienced counsel for the day long CLE entitled: ESTATE LITIGATION: 1404 EXAM. & CONTESTED ACCOUNTINGS | NYC. This program is  sponsored by the Trusts & Estate Law Section and the Committee on Continuing Legal Education. The attendees will receive 6.5 Areas of Professional Practice and 1.0 Ethics credits.

This comprehensive program will provide experienced estate planners or litigators with hands-on techniques and approaches to handling the 1404 examination landscape and contested accountings.
