Samantha Pernice is an associate, pending admission to the New York State Bar, in the firm’s Real Estate practice group.
Prior to joining the firm, Samantha worked as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Robert G. Bogel. Samantha was also a Summer Associate at Meltzer Lippe and held legal internships with both a commercial litigation firm and a personal injury firm.
Samantha earned her Juris Doctor from Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, graduating magna cum laude in the top 10% of her class. She was selected as a recipient of the Touro Law Dean’s Fellowship and was consistently named on the Dean’s List. She was also a Touro Law Center Honors Program Scholar and a member of the Touro Law Review, where she served as both a Notes Editor and Associate Editor. Samantha’s academic achievements include eight CALI Awards for Academic Excellence for earning the highest grade in her class in: Contracts I and II, Negotiations, Property I, Legal Process I and II, Torts II and Evidence. Lastly, Samantha served as a Teaching Assistant to her Torts Professor.
Samantha attended Binghamton University, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.
