Robert S. Plosky is an accomplished Associate in Meltzer Lippe’s Litigation Practice Group and its Crisis Management, Investigations & Constitutional Law Practice Group. With over 15 years of experience, Robert has a proven track record in complex commercial litigation, successfully representing clients in state and federal courts.

Robert is recognized for his strategic insights and compelling advocacy, which have been instrumental in securing favorable outcomes in high-stakes cases for corporations and private clients alike.

Understanding the challenges and uncertainties of litigation, Robert prioritizes clear communication and personalized client service. He builds trust by keeping clients informed, addressing their concerns promptly, and tailoring his approach to meet their specific goals. His dedication ensures clients feel supported and confident throughout their legal journey.

Prior to joining Meltzer Lippe, Robert honed his legal skills at a prominent securities and consumer class action law firm in Manhattan, where he was instrumental in helping to recover hundreds of millions of dollars for investors and consumers.

Robert’s early career included serving as a law clerk to the Honorable Eugene N. Hamilton in the District of Columbia Superior Court, where he deepened his understanding of the judicial process.

An active member of the Nassau County Bar Association, Robert is committed to giving back to his community. He mentors local middle school students through the Bar Association’s Student Mentoring Program and has volunteered with the Mortgage Foreclosure Assistance Clinic. His civic contributions also extend to hands-on efforts with Habitat for Humanity.

Robert resides on Long Island with his family.
