Rachele Lena is an Associate in the firm’s Labor and Employment Practice Group. Rachele assists clients on a variety of labor and employment matters, including drafting severance agreements and researching various employment law and labor law matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Rachele worked as an intern for a legal services office in Westchester, New York.
Rachele earned her J.D. cum laude from St. John’s University School of Law, where she was named on the Dean’s List. During law school, she served as a Senior Staff Member of the Journal of Civil Rights and Economic Development, as well as the Director of External Competitions for the Moot Court Honor Society, seeking out and participating in challenging and intriguing appellate oral argument competitions around the country. Rachele also served as a Student Attorney in the Consumer Justice for the Elderly Litigation Clinic, assisting elderly clients with mortgage fraud cases in Queens and Kings Counties.
For her undergraduate degree, Rachele attended Fordham University where she received a B.A. in Philosophy and Sociology as a double major, with a minor in Bioethics.
