Nancy Pokojny is an Associate in the firm’s Trusts & Estates Practice Group. Nancy assists clients on a variety of estate planning issues, including drafting wills and trusts to minimize potential disputes among family members and ensure the client’s succession plan and tax goals are maintained beyond the client’s life.

Nancy earned her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and graduated from Binghamton University, where she received a B.A. in Political Science.
