Matthew R. Ross is an Associate in the firm’s Litigation and Crisis Management, Investigations & Constitutional Law Practice Groups. In his practice, Matt assists clients through all phases of complex commercial and business litigation disputes.

Prior to joining the firm, Matt worked for a national defense firm where he defended professionals and Fortune 500 companies against employment, professional liability, and general litigation claims. Matt is experienced in representing a diverse set of clients throughout all phases of litigation. Matt received his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law and his B.A. from the University at Albany, State University of New York. During law school, Matt earned the Dean’s Award for Excellence in Estate Administration – Litigation. Matt is admitted in New York and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts.

Matt is a Long Island native and an avid fan of travelling, music, the New York Knicks and Giants.”
