Justin Schwamb is an Associate in the firm’s Labor & Employment Practice Group. Justin represents employers in a broad array of labor and employment matters including but not limited to drafting employee handbooks and employment-related documents and agreements.
Prior to joining the firm, Justin was an intern for now Congressman Andrew Garbarino and a legal intern for 10th Judicial District Family Court Judge Hon. Frank Tantone.
Justin achieved a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems and a minor in Business Management from Stony Brook University. He believes that having a profound understanding of how technology is being integrated in the field of law helps to yield the most efficient results. Justin earned his J.D. from Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, where he was recipient of being on the Dean’s List. Justin was also a Senior Notes and Comments Editor of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel Law Journal.
