Graham is an Associate in the firm’s Trusts & Estates Litigation Department. Prior to joining the firm, Graham practiced in a boutique trial firm in Albany, New York, where he represented clients in contested estates, claims for personal injuries (plaintiff), and commercial matters.
Graham is a legacy graduate of Albany Law School and graduated magna cum laude with a concentration in business law. At Albany Law, he was a recipient of the Christopher Sam Chow ’93 Scholarship; won Second Best Brief in the Gabrieli Appellate Advocacy Competition; interned at the Appellate Division Third Judicial Department, with Justice Christine M. Clark; and was fortunate to study with long-standing professors including Professor Michael J. Hutter, Professor Patrick M. Connors, and Professor Patricia Reyhan. Prior to attending Albany Law, Graham earned a Bachelor of Music from Nazareth University and Master of Music from Boston University, both in French horn performance.
Graham plays the bagpipes and was a long-time member of the 78th Fraser Highlander Pipe Band in Canada. In his free time, Graham and his wife love to travel and be by the ocean.
