Eva Schwechter is an Associate in the firm’s Elder Law and Mental Health, Guardianship & Elder Law Litigation Practice Groups.

Eva’s practice is focused primarily on estate planning for the elderly and special needs community, as well as Article 81 guardianships. Prior to joining the firm, Eva worked at Ronald Fatoullah & Associates for 10 years concentrating on estate and Medicaid planning, and guardianship.

She earned her J.D. at Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University where she also served as Articles Editor for the Hofstra Law Review. She earned her B.A. at Yeshiva University Stern College for Women and graduated summa cum laude.
