Anastasia Cassisi is an Associate in the Private Wealth, Estates & Trusts practice. She focuses on estate and trust administration, estate planning, and fiduciary matters. Drawing on her prior experience as a Senior Trust Officer, Anastasia advises high-net-worth individuals, families, fiduciaries, and advisors on the administration of complex estates and trusts.
Prior to joining the firm, Anastasia served as a Senior Trust Officer at The Goldman Sachs Trust Company, N.A., where she administered multi-jurisdictional and large and complex estates and trusts. In that role, she managed all aspects of estate administration, including estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax matters; income tax basis planning; the valuation of closely held business interests and other complex assets; fiduciary distributions; and post-mortem planning opportunities. She also developed significant experience analyzing complex fiduciary issues that arise throughout the administration of estates and trusts.
Anastasia earned her J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law and her B.A. in Global Studies from Hofstra University. She is admitted to practice in New York and is an active member of the Estate Planning Council of Long Island.
Anastasia resides in Locust Valley with her husband and their two dogs, Maya and Rocky. Outside of work, she enjoys playing volleyball and tennis.
