Stephanie L. Goldstein is an Associate in the firm’s Trusts & Estates, Trust & Estate Litigation and Mental Health, Guardianship & Elder Law Litigation Practice Groups. Stephanie’s practice focuses on estate and trust ligation, probate matters and estate administration, as well as complex elder law litigation, including Mental Hygiene Law Article 81 and SCPA 17-A guardianship matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Stephanie was an Associate at an estate planning and litigation firm in Westchester County and engaged in defense litigation where she practiced in all New York Courts, including Supreme and Appellate Courts.
She is a Committee Member of the Guardianship and Elder Law & Special Needs Committees of the New York State Bar Association.
Stephanie received her Bachelor of Arts in political science and a minor in history from Boston University and her Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law. While in law school, she was a Student Attorney with the Children’s Rights and Family Law Clinic where she advocated for children’s rights in New York Supreme Courts.
