Robert Hart is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate Department, where he focuses on commercial real estate finance. He represents lenders, investors, and owners in a range of real estate matters, including acquisition and disposition, equity financing, construction, leasing, workouts, and origination and restructuring of mortgage/mezzanine debt involving office, retail, mixed-use, vacant land, industrial, and hotel properties.

Prior to joining Meltzer Lippe, Robert practiced law at Herrick Feinstein LLP, King & Spalding LLP, and Winston & Strawn LLP.
